Every Monday morning (excluding holidays) you can join us in an exercise program you can do it home.  With help from our own instructors, program and community partners and friends from across the globe these programs offer a chance for you to stay connected and ACTIVE during these unique times.  The online "locations" of these programs may vary from week to week (ie: Facebook Live, Facebook, Zoom, etc).
