DESCRIPTION:Ranchman’s Calgary and Rumble West 85th proudly presents “Rumble the Ranch\,”\nMark your calendars for Saturday\, May 25th\, 2024\, as we come together to move bodies\, and raise money for Parkinson Association of Alberta\nAs research continues to explore the benefits of boxing for Parkinson’s disease\, it remains as a promising avenue for enhancing the quality of life for those affected by the condition. The structured exercises\, combined with the supportive environment of group classes\, make boxing a valuable therapy for improving motor skills\, cognitive function\, strength\, and emotional well-being for individuals\nRumble West 85th is excited to host three group boxing classes\, each set to a lively countrified playlist\, offering 50 minutes of high-energy exercise!  This event promises an inspiring fusion of fitness\, boxing\, and live entertainment—all in support of an essential cause. Join us for a day of spirited activities dedicated to Parkinson’s Disease awareness\, fundraising\, and moving our bodies!\nTickets are $30. 100% of the proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Parkinson Association of Alberta.
