Around the World, April is Parkinson Awareness Month.

On April 11th, we will come together to raise awareness for Parkinson disease with our Sit ‘n Stand Challenge! In Alberta, we will have large participation and social events in Calgary and Edmonton, bringing our communities, and their circles, together to learn, share, enjoy and participate, as we do our part to achieve 100,000 sit ‘n stands in the month of April! Both events will include pancake breakfasts, guest speakers, local community leaders, fitness leaders, and the sit ‘n stand challenge.

Join us for an exciting and empowering morning at our 1st annual ONE-OF-A-KIND BRUNCH, where we gather as a community to raise awareness and support for Parkinson’s disease.
