Flexibility Exercises

This 15-minute session will target flexibility. The session includes a warm-up, flexibility work, leg and foot exercises and cool down. You will need a sturdy chair and a dowel or long household object and PLENTY of space. If you do not have adequate space, complete the exercises without the dowel.

Strength Training

Join Shalaine Sedres for 15-minutes of exercise targeted at strength training and maintaining muscle mass. The session includes a warm-up, arm circuit, leg circuit, and cool down. You will need a sturdy chair and set of weights or household items that can be used as weights (e.g. cans).
