This Parkinson’s specific, PWR! Moves session will help you fight your way through PD medium-high intensity.
Taught by Dancing Parkinson’s YYC program director, Vicki Adams Willis, and teacher Krista White with accompaniment by keyboard player Sheldon Zandboer, this low-impact class will introduce the viewer to a cross-section of material from the program. You will need a sturdy chair for the first part of the class.
This webinar will focus on recognizing medication reactions, how to differentiate motor and non-motor symptoms and how care partners can help their loved ones navigate different medication management options.
Join Shalaine Sedres for 15-minutes of exercise targeted at strength training and maintaining muscle mass. The session includes a warm-up, arm circuit, leg circuit, and cool down. You will need a sturdy chair and set of weights or household items that can be used as weights (e.g. cans).
