Researchers at the University of Alberta are conducting an online survey to examine relationships between physical activity during pregnancy, perinatal health outcomes, and physical health conditions. The researchers are interested in hearing from people with diverse health conditions and disabilities, such as multiple sclerosis, chronic pain, spinal cord injury, and more. Findings from the study will advance understanding of physical activity among pregnant people with physical health conditions, inform the development of inclusive prenatal guidance, and help develop strategies that support the well-being of pregnant individuals.
