This study aims to understand how Parkinson’s Disease affects women and their quality of life, especially during different life cycles.
Women any age with the diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease according to the UK Brain Bank diagnostic criteria and competence to self-report on quality of life by the measuring tools.
There will be one in-person meeting at the University of Calgary for the focus group, lasting approximately one hour. During this session, participants will discuss various topics related to women’s health and how Parkinson’s Disease has impacted their experiences. The meeting will involve answering open-ended questions on these themes.
